Refund Policy
How prepaid credit, plan cancellation and payment corrections work.
Prepaid credit
- Self-serve credit is prepaid: you pay first and spend afterwards. Purchased credit never expires.
Unused credit
- Credit has no cash value. Unused credit is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Plans, changes and cancellation
- Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel any time, effective at period end, with no prorated refund for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at period end. Upgrades apply once payment succeeds and are charged pro rata.
Deleting a workspace
- Deleting a workspace schedules its plan to cancel at period end if it is the billing account’s primary workspace and no other active workspace shares that account. There is no refund. Remaining credit is not refunded or moved.
Failed work
- Work that fails releases the credit it was holding. The exception is a social link import: a request that reached the third-party retrieval service is charged its provider fee even if it returned no media.
Charges in error
- If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a service failure, contact [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL]. [CHARGES IN ERROR POLICY].
- [REFUND METHOD]. Fully refunding a top-up or enterprise credit purchase removes the credit it bought. Any of that credit already spent becomes a balance owed that blocks new work until repaid.
Chargebacks and disputes
- Opening a chargeback or dispute places the account on a billing hold that can remain after the dispute closes if it is lost. Contact us first at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL].
Tax
- Tax shown at top-up checkout is added on top of the price. Credit is determined by the pack purchased; tax does not become credit.
Changes to this policy
- Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that applies to you, and nothing here is a substitute for advice about your own situation.
